A Road Map for Wisconsin’s Climate & Energy Future

The Climate Change Coalition of Door County brings in amazing speakers to our wonderful community – this is one of them. Please check out this GEM!!

The speaker is Chelsea Chandler, director of Environmental Initiatives at the Wisconsin Academy of Sciences, Arts and Letters. The program was free and open to the public.

“Climate Forward” identifies five “pathways to progress” to reduce Wisconsin’s dependence on fossil fuels, support sustainable energy sources, create jobs, and increase investment in the 21st century economy. The report also profiles Wisconsin businesses, communities, and individuals in the vanguard of energy innovation and other sustainability practices, and outlines dozens of options for action at many levels.
