|ALL DAY||Climate Change Coalition||1. The Onion Earth. How many people realize just how thin our atmosphere is compared to the bulk of the earth. Learn about the depth of the breathable atmosphere compared to the volume of the earth.
2. Air Quality. How much volume of air does each person have on the planet. Divide breathable air by earth’s population will give you ‘your’ amount of air to breath. Then imagine the added pollution going into ‘your’ breathable space, and how would you feel about that.
3. Palm Oil. Deforestation, Loss of animal habitat and Indigenous Lands, and the burning forest in Indonesia.
4. Be the Change. What is the immediate activity that anyone can take to make a change. Clearly that is by changing what you eat, by switching from beef to chicken, going meat-free for a period each week, avoiding meat completely. Any of these activities can reduce carbon dioxide and methane production.
