10:15AM Jason Fuller & Lori Jorgensen Carbon Cycle Consulting.  A grass-roots nutrient recycling/composting company from wisconsin that focuses on agricultural composting. The presentation will discuss how nutrient recycling works, the impact it has had on water quality/crop yield and how they have implemented it in kewaunee county on their flagship farms. Lecture Hall
11:00AM Coleen Bins Corn Husk Dolls.  Oneida Storyteller and Artist will teach guests how to make Corn Husk Dolls and sharing the story of why they don’t have a face. Lower Level Learning Center
NOON Elizabeth Moriarty Natural Fermentation & Wild Brew Soda.  This traditional means of preserving the harvest increases the nutritional profiles of foods, adds valuable digestive enzymes, and develops a thriving community of probiotics for overall gut and immune wellness. We’ll ferment vegetables, and show you how we make wild brew soda from foraged plants. Lab

ALL DAY Wild Ones What is a native plant?  A native plant is a species that occurs naturally in a particular region, ecosystem and/or habitat and was present in North America prior to European settlement. Front Garden
ALL DAY Steven Umentum Enviroscape Demo.  Learn about Watersheds and Water Quality within a Karst Topography using an  “enviroscape,” Steven will demonstrate preciousness of fresh water within an Karst Topography. Lobby of Main Building
ALL DAY Climate Change Coalition 1.  The Onion Earth.  How many people realize just how thin our atmosphere is compared to the bulk of the earth.  Learn about the depth of the breathable atmosphere compared to the volume of the earth.
2.  Air Quality.  How much volume of air does each person have on the planet.  Divide breathable air by earth’s population will give you ‘your’ amount of air to breath.  Then imagine the added pollution going into ‘your’ breathable space, and how would you feel about that.  
3.  Palm Oil.  Deforestation, Loss of animal habitat and Indigenous Lands, and the burning forest in Indonesia.  
4.  Be the Change.  What is the immediate activity that anyone can take to make a change.  Clearly that is by changing what you eat, by switching from beef to chicken, going meat-free for a period each week, avoiding meat completely.  Any of these activities can reduce carbon dioxide and methane production.
